I am a firm believer of balanced nutrition and well-cultivated lifestyle as powerful medicines.

In this fast-paced world, I have seen people of various age groups climb the corporate ladder and become successful, while ignoring their health and lifestyle. This often takes a toll on their health in a big way in the form of chronic lifestyle diseases.

We can get on a call once a week but getting on a call every now and then won’t be possible as we feel we can better explain things better and in more detail in words.

Working out regularly is one of the 4 pillars of a healthy lifestyle that Tanay recommends. Working out is beneficial for the body in everyday as it helps in improving your metabolism, strength, stamina, posture and self-image. If you want to achieve all of this then working out is something you should make a regular part of your everyday lifestyle.

We will track your progress with the help of daily updates that you will share with us in a format given by us. We will also track weekly progress on the dashboard that we will share with you.

Tanay’s aim is to educate his clients on nutrition & lifestyle related topics. Every week, during the 1:1 call, he will take up one topic that will help you practically in your journey to get and remain fit.

Tanay’s goal is to make you independent of any coach in the future after you have enrolled with him through his weekly knowledge sharing sessions.

Whey protein is only a medium to complete your daily protein requirement. If you are able to complete your daily protein needs through your diet then whey is not going to add any additional benefits. But if you are unable to then it is a good idea to take whey as protein is a top-notch requirement in your diet to achieve your health goals.

My plan involves home cooked meals that you have grown up eating at home. It does not have any fancy smoothies or dishes that include ingredients that aren’t easily available locally.

We not only want you to perform well through the coaching period but want you to adopt a diet & lifestyle that is suitable and sustainable for you in the long-term.

Targeted fat loss is a myth and getting rid of belly fat alone is impossible. We will give you a diet + lifestyle that will help you shed body fat from all parts of the body, including belly. So, just focus on following your plan and leave it on your body to lose the fat from different body parts.

You can pay monthly but that’s going to be expensive than a one time payment.

It takes about 3-4 days to start the program as a lot of information needs to be collected from you about your health history. Then your needs to be prepared, which is going to be highly customised as per your individual requirements and health goals.

This takes time. Hence, 3-4 days are needed.
